Senior PeopleSoft Consultants
JGI is seeking senior-level PeopleSoft technical and functional consultants with expertise implementing, upgrading or developing custom applications for PeopleSoft HCM or Financials. As a technical resource, extensive skills in developing custom applications using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and SQR are required. Functional candidates should be able to lead technical resources to develop customizations and interfaces between modules.

The ideal candidate has experienced *big* consulting and prefers the direct client interaction of smaller teams and personal responsibility for the success of the project.

Required Skills
Candidate should possess:
5+ years of consulting experience, plus some client-side (industry) experience.
- Strong PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker integration skills
- Additional skills in running upgrade scripts, applying updates and fixes and product installation are a plus
- Strong client leadership and interaction skills
- Strong analysis and design skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem research, resolution and testing skills
- High level of task effectiveness (timely delivery, quality work products, completeness of work products, etc.)
4+ implementations of PeopleSoft HCM or Financials
- At least two implementations/upgrades in a *lead* role
- At least three implementations/upgrades as a consultant
- At least three implementations/upgrades at PeopleTools 9.0 or higher
- At least one implementation/upgrade at PeopleTools 9.0 or higher
