Over approximately a 6 week period our Jump Start team will:

• Gather requirements of the metrics and reporting needs of your organization through a series of Strategic Visioning interviews
• Develop the LBI Dashboard for Budget Planners; continually reviewing and fine-tuning the dashboard with your internal team
• Develop four Crystal Reports; continually reviewing and fine-tuning the reports with your internal team
• Create technical documentation while interfacing with your internal team ensuring a well documented knowledge transfer process
