The Process
- JGI's consultants review client issues and objectives with business users and IT
- We then internally review the current systems environment and future application potential among our experts at JGI
- We assess the feasibility of implementing the proposed projects, assembled our findings and lay out a plan for the initial implementation as well as our long-term vision
The Key Deliverables
Your final report will contain an actionable project plan and road map to success; as well as long term objectives for the Business Intelligence project.
