ProcessFlow is a process automation utility that allows users to graphically define activities that need to executed in a particular sequence.

There are common flows that Lawson provides, such as Requisition approval, Invoice approval, and Individual Action approval.  Most clients start with the requisition approval process because you can quickly show a return on your investment by streamlining requisition process. 

There are uncommon tasks that can be developed also; such as audit, audit analysis and automation tasks.  This is where organization might seek the help of JGI.  They know that ProcessFlow is the tool to use but they’re not sure how.
